Deliveries and returns

At Cléogène Paris, we are committed to offering you an exceptional shopping experience, with delivery options tailored to your needs. Discover our delivery methods:

Standard Delivery

We offer standard home delivery via Colissimo.

Delivery Times

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Depending on the delivery method chosen, you will receive your order within the following timeframes:

  • Colissimo home delivery: between 2 and 5 business days

For any order placed before 3 p.m., we commit to processing it the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Fees

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over €120 within mainland France. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the geographical zone.

We deliver to mainland France, including the Principality of Monaco and Corsica.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the area and may require up to 6 additional days.

Order Returns

At Cléogène Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer you the possibility to return your order within 14 days, at your expense. International returns (outside the EU) are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Use the original packaging to return the product.
  • Please note that only unopened products in their original packaging can be returned.
  • Log in to your account on Cléogèneparis.com, in the “My orders” section, then select “Return” at the bottom right of your order.
  • Follow the instructions to select the product(s) to return, the quantity and the reason for the return.
  • Validate your return declaration to obtain your return label.
  • Print the return slip that you will receive by email.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received and your request processed.

To receive a refund, your items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with the delivery slip, to the following address:

Refund

As soon as your return request is processed, Cléogène Paris will proceed without undue delay to the bank account used for payment, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of dispatch of the product subject to the right of withdrawal (postmark being proof).

For any questions regarding your refund, our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the email address shop@cleogeneparis.com .

Please note that your package must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Donations made to charities during your order are non-refundable.

If your package has been returned to our warehouse for 14 days and you have not received a refund confirmation, we invite you to contact our customer service.
