How do I contact customer service?
Customer Service
We are pleased to inform you that our Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm European time. We are committed to handling all your requests carefully and providing you with a response within 48 hours. For more practical information, please consult our dedicated section.
Exceptional Closure
Please note that our Customer Service department will be exceptionally closed on December 24th and 25th, as well as from January 1st to January 4th, 2026 inclusive. Thank you for your understanding, and we will be happy to assist you upon our reopening.
Orders
Is it possible to modify my order after it has been finalized?
Please note that once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, it will unfortunately not be possible to cancel or modify it. To ensure optimal processing and delivery times, our teams are committed to preparing orders as quickly as possible.
However, in the event of an error, you have the option to exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that any product that has been opened and used will not be eligible for a refund.

Customs fees
For deliveries outside the EEC, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total. We advise you to check the specific shipping conditions during checkout. For any questions, our customer service team is available to assist you.
Preparation times
- Metropolitan France and Europe: within 24 to 48 hours.
- Other territories: between 3 days and 1 week, depending on the destination.

The delivery time starts from the date the shipping confirmation email for your order is sent.
Order Preparation and Shipping: Our teams are dedicated to preparing and shipping orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, as well as those placed over the weekend, will be processed and shipped starting the following Monday.
